I bought a 2004 Odyssey from Turners, then found that most of the electronics did not work. eventually found ALERT by word and mouth through the trade. Alan turned up, promptly diagnosed that the HDD unit [whatever that is] was stuffed and located a virtually unobtainable replacement secondhand unit in double quick time. WELL DONE Alan.

Alan done a great job fitting a Dynavin unit to my Merc. It was Jap import so no GPS. The job was completed with ease and even came to my workplace to do it. Even when the TV reciever caused problems, It was just a quick call...no akward questions, a replacement was ordered and fitted. Would use again and recommend to others. Cheers Garry

Alan is a real tradesman who knows his trade, i have been to numerous auto electricians to fix my windows all without joy but Alan fixed my windows and his rates were very reasonable with a breakdown on everything he did and an invoice to follow very professional I wont use anyone else now.highly recommended don't hesitate ring him

Recently bought a new japanese import from a car yard, but most of the navigation etc was in japanese, and could only play cds. Went to Alan to see what he could do, and came out with a great media (dvd/sd/usb) solution plus i now can navigate in english and in nz or aus. Alan was great to deal with, very professional, and when i did have a slight problem with the gear, he was dedicated in seeing it through until it was solved. Would recommend Alan for any auto electrical needs!
